P & O Cruises - Activities
There's such a wide choice of things to do on board a P&O Cruises ship, they each have to publish a daily newspaper just to list them all. Of course, you don't have to do anything at all if you don't want to, but if you do tire of just lazing in the sun and reading, we can offer you a range of things to keep you busy.
Needless to say, swimming is a favourite past-time on board. Whether you have kids with you or not, you'll be glad to know you have a choice of pools - one is specially reserved for families with children.
To counter all the gourmet calories you'll be enjoying at every mealtime each liner also boasts a fully-equipped health-spa with gymnasium, sauna, massage and beauty treatments on offer.
Adonia, Aurora, Oceana and Oriana are now equipped with state of the art cyb@studies where you can send and receive e-mails, use the Internet and read our amazing destinations guides, perfect for keeping in touch with people at home and discovering what lies ahead.
For kids, there is a lot to do on board. In fact, our children's facilities are so good, you may even forget you brought the family with you! There are fully equipped play rooms for 2 to 9 year olds and - on Aurora, Oriana, and Oceana - we have a special area, Decibels for teenagers. With art classes, finger painting, special parties, fancy dress and their own youth staff, kids have every bit as much fun as the grown ups.

Some nights are particularly glamorous affairs, where ladies dress in their finest evening gowns while the men don dinner jackets. Other nights are more relaxed, where smart casual wear is the norm.
Evening entertainment is as varied as the days: theatre, bars, fantastic 'West End' style shows, cinema, casinos, and quizzes… the list goes on and on. Everyone's needs are catered for, for example parents who want a romantic evening meal, we have early sittings for children's tea allowing even the fondest of parents the luxury of dining alone. And, Oriana's night nurseries, children under 5 are looked after until the early hours of the morning. So Mum and Dad can join the other night owls letting their hair down at the disco!
